If you have an indulgent tooth (like us!) this one’s for you! Seemingly naughty but secretly great for your insides, this coconut, vanilla and almond butter smoothie is velvety smooth and insanely moreish! Sweetened with dates it’s ‘au natural’ goodness will blow you away!
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup almond butter
10 small dates
1 tsp vanilla paste, (or vanilla extract)
2 cups ice
Sweet Leaf Stevia Vanilla Creme, to taste
Optional: Vanilla Protein Powder
Add all ingredients except ice to blender. Puree well.
Add ice and blend until ice is all crushed and smoothie is well blended and smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
*Add more or less ice to make the smoothie thinner or thicker consistency.
*Vanilla protein powder would be great to add for a post workout smoothie!
*Add the stevia if the dates or not sweet enough and for more intense vanilla flavor.
