This colorful tea has many other physical and mental health benefits, too.

Cinnamon Tea

Warm and spicy, cinnamon tea is simple to make from scratch and has many health benefits, from fighting viruses to soothing an upset stomach to stabilizing blood sugar. It may also help with weight loss and can ease menstrual cramps. Delicious on its own or blended with other herbs and spices, cinnamon tea becomes even more of a powerhouse when combined with honey. Organic cinnamon tea is a safe, healthy choice that is good for the environment, too!
