400 grams green papaya, grated
200 grams red cabbage, grated
1 pomello, take out of skin
100 grams long beans, cut small
100 ml basil, chopped
100 ml mint leaves, chopped
Gedde’s sauce nam jim (sweet chill sauce, fish sauce, brown
sugar, coriander, tamarind)
100 ml chopped peanuts
100 ml toasted coconut flakes (large pieces coconut)
Mix all ingredients except garnish. Sprinkle peanuts and toasted
coconut on top to serve.
