I always love being able to indulge in a good book. I find it’s a great bedtime routine to switch off from the day, and nothing aids a good sleep like a positive read before dream time. It’s quite typical of me to be reading a few books at a time and while I’ve been travelling between Bali, Aus and NZ this month these books have been in my carry on.
My picks are:
1. Lisa Messenger: Daring and Disruptive
A great inspiring read from a women who transformed her life and created one that dreams are made of.
2. Arianna Huffington: Thrive
Wonderful practical learning’s on how to transform your life.
3. Treasure yourself: Miranda Kerr
This book was given to me on my birthday by a dear friend and mentor, Carolyn. I use it like a handbook, dipping in and out of it, getting what I need. It offers great reminders of how to live positively and some wonderful affirmations that really resonate. My favorite is I love the rollercoaster of life. I am willing to learn and grow in each new experience that life offers me. There is a lesson in everything which creates colour in this magical journey and which I am truly grateful for.
