Homemade almond butter

Try this super simple recipe for almond butter – you can’t go wrong!


3 cups dry roasted, unsalted almonds


Pour almonds into food processor. Pulse/process until the nuts go from coarsely chopped, to crumbly, to finely ground. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.

Process again until the almonds resemble a thick and relatively smooth almond butter. You can add 1-2 tablespoons of a neutral tasting oil during the blending process to make the almond butter extra creamy if you iike.

Sometimes you can add 1/2 cup of honey roasted peanuts to the mixture so there is a slight honey-roasted taste to the almond butter. Give it a go!
