FEAST! on our delicious honey granola bars


400 ml museli

200 ml whole almonds, chopped

200 ml cashews, chopped

100 ml pumpkin seeds

100 ml sunflower seeds

200 ml coconut


1 cup korma (dates)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup peanut butter or tahini


Heat honey and tahini or peanut butter on low heat to combine. Allow

to cool.

Chop dates and mix with dry mix.

Combine with honey and tahini.

Line tin with plastic wrap and press mix into pan. Place in refrigerator

for 1 hour to set.

Remove from pan and cut into bars.
