Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing 15,000 guest transformations. We know not everyone may be in the season of transformation and for some they may just want restoration. Especially some of our 15,000 alumnae who want to retreat their way.

We source the finest local ingredients daily to create three fresh meals and afternoon snacks. We also provide hydrating juices and coconut water throughout the day. Breakfasts, dinners, snacks, and desserts are included. For lunches you are welcome to enjoy the snack menu from the Coconut Lounge or try some of the wonderful eateries walking distance from the retreat. Canggu is famed for its food.

What's the difference between Escape Essentials and a regular package?

With a regular package (Yoga, Pilates, Ayurveda, etc.), your days follow a structured schedule built around that specific focus allow you to go deep into that area. Escape Essentials gives you the same facilities, food, wellness activities, and spa experiences. It doesn’t include the specific focus of that package however. With Escape Essentials you enjoy the group activities and pick what you step into each day. There’s no schedule. No guilt about opting out. Everything is available, and you decide.

Do I have to choose my daily spa ritual in advance?

No. If you are on the daily ritual offer then you arrive each morning, check in with your body, and choose which ritual calls to you. Some days you need sleep therapy. Some days you need energy. Some days you just want bliss. Your body knows.

Can I do yoga or wellness classes if I want to?

Yes. We have up to 14 different classes plus additional workshops throughout the week. You can do them all, some, or none. It’s completely your choice.

Is Escape Essentials right for me if I'm new to Escape Haven?

Escape Essentials is for anyone that wants a flexible retreat stay. You are welcome to choose this whether you are alumnae or a first time Escape Haven guest.

How many people can stay on Escape Essentials?

We keep groups small (typically 12-16 guests per week) to ensure plenty of space and privacy.

What if I want some structure but also freedom?

Perfect. You can structure your own days. Maybe you commit to yoga, fitness or pilates in the mornings but keep afternoons completely open. Maybe you sign up for one workshop but skip the others. Maybe you get a spa ritual every day but skip the group activities. You get to design it.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. We offer pre and post-retreat services for guests who want to stay longer in Bali before or after their retreat. Talk to your retreat host about options.
