We love welcoming guests back to Escape Haven, and also meeting the friends and family of prior guests that have been referred to visit. It means so much to us when guests return, sometimes once, sometimes annually! While we have always offered alumnae perks, we wanted to go one step further and create a membership program to really treat, spoil and thank our guests who return and refer others.

Escape Rewards offers amazing gifts and unique inclusions based on how many times you have visited us on retreat, and how many people have booked from your referral. This rewards system is inclusive of our ‘Escape Haven Group,’ meaning you are rewarded for stays and referrals across Escape Haven, Escape Haven Voyages, and our sister retreat The Palm Tree House. 

The best news? Escape Rewards is back-dated. So even if you stayed with us many years ago, you are still eligible for points. Please note these points are just for Bali-based retreats at Escape Haven Bali retreats, Escape Haven Voyages and The Palm Tree House Bali.

Every Retreat Experience is Unique

A Little More information about Escape Rewards

When Do My Points Expire? 
Escape Rewards points will expire after 18 months. Escape Rewards launches on Jan 15 2020. Your points will be automatically accrued from your previous visits and these points will expire on June 15 2021. All newly accrued points will expire 18 months after the date awarded.

How Do I Find Out My Point Level?
You can find out your level by referring back to your previous trips and referrals. You can also email us. If you email us, please bear in mind any other name you may have booked with, for example, a maiden or married name, or via a friend’s email if you travelled together. This will help us to find your history and assess your point level with ease.

Can I Gift My Points?
No. Escape Rewards points are just for you to use. However, by referring your friends and family you can claim points, and with enough points, you can also bring a friend with you for free!

What Other Ways Can I Receive Points?
Escape Haven and The Palm Tree House will offer promotional opportunities throughout the year for you to earn extra bonus points.

How Do I Retain My Status?
If your account is inactive for 24 months (no retreat visits or referrals) then your points drop down a level (So if you are Gold, your drop to Silver and so forth). To retain your status at the current level, you need to earn at least 50 points over any 2 year period (which is as little as one Escape Haven referral or 2 Palm Tree House referrals. Any retreat stays over a 24 month period also ensures you retain your points level.) After 36 months inactivity you will drop a further level. This continues every 12 month period of inactivity. So to keep your status, be sure to earn at least 50 points over a 2 year period.

What Happens When I Reach Platinum? Do I Enjoy All These Rewards Every Time I Visit?
Yes, you stay at Platinum and enjoy these incredible rewards unless they expire- you can retain your Platinum status by accumulating 500 points within 18 months.

*Conditions apply to access your Escape Rewards 
*Some rewards are dependant on availability and dates 
* Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or further rate reductions 
*Certain rewards may change due to seasonal or supplier requirements
*In the case of one reward not being redeemable, another reward will be offered in place
*Bringing a group on retreat refers to when you bring a minimum of 13 guests with you on a group retreat.
*Referrals cannot be back-dated longer than 6 months (with the exception of groups) To claim a referral it must be mentioned at the time of booking.
*Escape Rewards is valid for Bali-based retreats only with stays from 2014 onwards.
*Our standard Unlimited spa terms apply, & excludes all Ayurveda treatments.
*Room categories refer to 4 categories of room type: Retreat private villa rooms, 2 bedroom villa rooms, 3 bedroom villa rooms, and 3 bedroom offsite villa rooms
*BnB night check in is from 3 PM on the Friday prior to retreat and includes standard transfer, breakfast and Saturday morning welcome massage. BnB nights are hosted in one of our pool villas.
*Retreat credit can be redeemed for any spa treatments, Ayurveda treatments, healing sessions or additional acitvites on offer, cannot be exchanged for cash
*Free night at The Palm Tree House -your room and Retreat House will be selected depending on availability and includes one night stay plus breakfast
*Jacuzzi suite is dependant upon availability, please enquire for dates
*Bring a friend for free is dependant upon twin share basis and the free guest is required to also select a package add on (Revive, Refresh, Renew, Ayurveda, detox, Pilates, Bucketlist)
*Sessions with Janine Hall are dependant on availability. If Janine is not in Bali, a session can be done online, or this reward can be replaced with a VIp lunch with another team member, or an additional wellness activity of choice.
*Unlimited sightseeing includes sightseeing options from our sightseeing menu and trips must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
